Ordering & Shipping
How long does order processing take?
Our processing time is 1-3 working days , after which shipping takes place.
Which shipping provider do you use?
We ship with DHL and Hermes – reliably & with shipment tracking.
Why do we sometimes use recycled cardboard boxes for shipping?
We occasionally use well-preserved, used cardboard boxes to conserve resources and make our shipping more sustainable. Reused cardboard reduces waste, saves raw materials, and protects the environment – without compromising the security of your order. All boxes are inspected by us and only used if they are sturdy enough to safely protect your products.
How much are the shipping costs?
The shipping fee is €6.99 .
We offer free shipping on orders over €199 .
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will automatically receive a tracking link after shipment.
I've ordered twice and now I've exceeded the limit for free shipping – what can I do?
As long as none of the orders have been shipped , we can gladly combine them for you so that you can benefit from our free shipping on orders over €199 .
Simply send us a short message with your two order numbers .
Please note: Once an order has been packed or shipped, combining orders is unfortunately no longer possible. You will usually receive an automatic email as soon as a product is packed and/or has already been shipped. No exceptions are possible!

Are your products original and sealed?
Yes, we sell exclusively 100% original & factory sealed TCG products .
What do Booster, Display, Collection, Tin… mean?

Collection / Box – Set with promo, figure, jumbo card or similar.
Are your boosters weighed?
No. We don't weigh boosters or check pull rates.
Our boosters are a mix of displays, bundles, tins, blisters & collections – for maximum fairness.
Will sold-out items become available again?
Some products will be released later, but limited collections are not always restocked.

Cancellation & Return
Can I cancel my order?
As long as your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can easily cancel it. Prior contact is absolutely necessary.
Can I return products?
Yes, within 14 days .
Please note, however, that the following items are excluded from exchange :

opened boosters

opened or damaged packaging (e.g. tins, boxes, blisters)
-
removed or damaged sealing films
Only completely unopened, undamaged and sealed products can be returned.
What do I do if items are damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos. If the damage was caused by the shipping provider, they are liable thanks to their package insurance. If we made a mistake, we will find a solution.
Please note: All packaging is photographically documented and sometimes videotaped! We are not liable for improper or negligent handling of received goods by the customer. Attempted fraud will be reported to the authorities.
